Hallidays Point and Surrounds


Located at the southern reach of the Manning Valley, approximately half way to Forster, the coastal areas of Hallidays Point, Black Head, Red Head and Diamond Beach are idyllic seaside settings. The area is surrounded by National Park and nature reserves which help to create a clean pristine environment.

It is a strongly growing residential area which is supported by many services and attractions.

The award winning Black Head beach is patrolled during the summer months and features a well patronised ocean pool, excellent fishing, plus picnic and BBQ areas under shady Norfolk pine trees.

Walking and cycling tracks for the adventurous meander through the littoral rainforest and includes striking coastal landforms and rare tracts of coastal rainforest. Nature enthusiasts will be captivated with the diversity of flora and fauna found in the area.

Other activities in the surrounds include Tallwood Village’s 18 hole championship golf course, Blackhead Bowling Club and Bistro, and the famous monthly market Blackhead Bazaar, held in Wylie Breckenridge Park on the first Sunday of the month, from September to May.

Hallidays Point Village Centre has a convenient assortment of shops and services including supermarket, butcher, baker, chemist, hairdresser, day spa, post office, café and giftware. There is a Tavern and selection of retirement village options.

Diamond Beach also has a selection of shops. With a variety of restaurants and take-away food outlets in the area, you are never far from a good meal.

A short drive away is The Big Buzz Fun Park, perfect for families to keep the kids occupied with all the fun of three open waterslides, speed karts, grass skiing, swimming pools and many more activities.
