Deciding to change Managing agents to First National Real Estate Schultz was the best decision I could make for myself, the property and the tenant. I always found Julie (Business Manager) was so patient, kind and knowledgeable whilst maintaining professialism, sincerity and integrity. Megan and Monique (Property Management) have been super helpful the whole time, readily available to speak with when I called the office, they answered messages asap and always went above and beyond to manage my property and tenants. I felt comfortable and reassured that First National Real Estate Shultz was taking pride in managing my investment property as if it was their own. Everyone in this office are so polite, friendly and courteous. The landlord portal was very user friendly and helpful with all landlord information readily available.
